Car Park Competitors may use the main car park and an overflow car park is available. The Scottish Golf Union and Panmure Golf Club cannot accept responsibility for any theft or damage of cars.
Catering Breakfast will be available from 6.30am. A snack and lunch buffet will be available later in the day. Evening meals will also be available. It is requested that any players or their guests wishing dinner in the clubhouse pre book in advance, directly with the club.
All catering will be at competitors own expense.
Clubhouse The clubhouse will be open at 6.30am on each day of the Championship. Competitors, their families and guests are permitted the use of the clubhouse facilities.
Casual wear is acceptable but must be smart. Shorts are permitted if tailored. THE WEARING OF JEANS, DENIM TROUSERS, SLEEVELESS OR COLLARLESS SHIRTS AND TRAINING SHOES IS NOT PERMITTED.
Changing facilities and showers are available in the Gents Locker Room, towels will be provided by the club. The gent’s locker room will also be the designated area for using mobile phones.
THE USE OF MOBILE PHONES ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE CLUBHOUSE AND ON COURSE IS POHIBITED.
Trolleys and Yardage Books Trolleys are available for hire and yardage books available for purchase from the Club Shop. These will be issued on a first come first served basis.
Course and Play Competitors will play one round on Tuesday 20 and one round on Wednesday 21 May. The top 40 qualifiers and those tying on 40 place will play one final round on Thursday 22 May. The draw for Thursday will be made as soon as possible after close of play on Wednesday.
Competitors must report to the Championship Office at least 30 minutes prior to their starting time. Starting times are shown in the official draw sheet.
Each competitor will be issued with a copy of the local rules, pin positions, pace of play guidelines when registering at the Championship Office.
COMPETITORS MUST REPORT TO THE OFFICIAL STARTER AT THE FIRST TEE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE DUE TO PLAY. Competitors are reminded that late arrival at the first tee will result in disqualification as no provision is made under Rule 6-3.
Insurance Your entry fee includes cover in respect of legal liability in the event of them causing injury to another person or damage to a third party property. An excess of £15 will apply.
Practice Rounds & Facilities Panmure GC has kindly granted courtesy of the course for one practice round on Monday 18 May. All bookings for practice times must be made in advance by telephoning Panmure GC on (01241) 852460. Enquiries will also be accepted by emailing professional@panmuregolfclub.co.uk
Practice times will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Any competitors who are unable to make the official practice day or who wish to book an additional practice round may do so subject to availability at a rate of £30.00
The club have a driving range adjacent to the clubhouse. Balls will be dispensed to all competitors free of charge. The range will operate daily between 0700 and 1530 (Last balls 3.00pm) Any competitors wishing to practice outwith these times will be required to supply their own balls.
General Practice Conditions Competitors must report to the Professional shop prior to starting their round. Other than in accordance with the Rules of Golf, a competitor in a practice round must not have more than one ball in play.
Presentation The Championship trophy and medals will be presented at the close of play on Thursday 21 May. All medal winners are expected to be present.

Directions Panmure Golf Club is situated on the east coast of Scotland, ½ mile from Carnoustie.
Edinburgh Airport is approximately 90 minutes drive as is Aberdeen Airport.
Driving from the west, south and north take the A90 to Dundee, and follow the Kingsway City Bypass before turning onto the A92 Arbroath Road.
Take the Carnoustie turnoff (Muirdrum) A930 and on reaching the roundabout turn right into Barry and follow signs for golf club.
From the north east follow the A90, southbound, on reaching Dundee continue on the City Bypass, Kingsway East and A92 before following directions above
